How are commercial properties different from residential properties?

Leases for commercial properties are longer than that for residential properties. You can get several years as compared to the 6 to 12 months you get on residential property.

  • Location

  • Loan 

While you can get a home loan with a minimum deposit of 5 per cent, you would need a deposit of at least 30 per cent for a commercial loan.
